Roialempire OU provides digital marketing and advertising services, including but not limited to lead generation, campaign management, media buying, and creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for campaign execution.

  • Secure all necessary rights, licenses, or approvals for materials supplied to Roialempire OU.

  • Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees are payable as outlined in the signed agreement or invoice.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original creative assets developed by Roialempire OU remain the property of the agency until full payment is received.

  • Upon payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified.

  • The agency reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.

5. Performance & Results

While Roialempire OU uses best practices to deliver successful campaigns, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, conversions, rankings). Performance is influenced by market conditions and external factors beyond our control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Roialempire OU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Estonia.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
